Appointments included in the membership plan are valid within the plan year and do not roll over if unused. We'll always remind you if you have an appointment outstanding so you get the full value from your plan.
No. A dental membership plan is not insurance. It's a simple payment plan that spreads the cost of your routine care and provides a discount on additional treatments. Unlike insurance there are no claims to make, no exclusions for pre-existing conditions and no excess to pay.
Yes. Your 10% discount on eligible routine treatments applies from the moment your plan is active. There is no waiting period before the discount becomes available.
If you need to cancel your membership plan, please contact us directly and our team will walk you through the process. Any appointments already used within the plan year will be charged at the standard rate if the plan is cancelled before the year is complete.
