The referral process at EverySmile is designed to be as straightforward as possible for referring practices. We accept referrals by email, post and telephone and aim to acknowledge all referrals promptly.
By Email Send your referral letter or completed referral form to hello@everysmile.co.uk. Please include the patient’s name, date of birth, contact details, relevant clinical history, any radiographs or diagnostic records and a clear summary of the treatment being requested. We will contact the patient directly to arrange their appointment and keep you informed throughout.

We know that the quality of communication between a referring practice and a specialist or advanced provider is just as important as the quality of the clinical work itself. Here is our commitment to every practice that refers to us.
Every referral is acknowledged promptly with confirmation of the patient’s appointment date and time. Referring clinicians are kept informed at key stages of treatment, particularly for multi-appointment cases. A full written referral report including clinical notes, treatment records and relevant radiographs is provided on completion of treatment. Referring practices are contacted immediately if there are any significant findings or changes to the treatment plan during the referral episode. Patients are always returned to their referring practice for ongoing routine care and we will never attempt to retain referred patients as EverySmile patients without the knowledge and agreement of the referring clinician.
CBCT Scanning Referrals at EverySmile Leicester
EverySmile has in-house CBCT scanning capability and accepts referrals for cone beam computed tomography from practices requiring three-dimensional diagnostic imaging for implant planning, endodontic assessment, impacted teeth or other complex diagnostic cases. A CBCT scan at EverySmile costs £195 and a written radiographic report is provided with every scan.

Yes. Consultation-only referrals are welcome. We will assess the patient, provide a full written report with our clinical findings and recommendations and leave the treatment planning decision with you and the patient. There is no expectation that treatment will proceed at EverySmile following a consultation referral.
Yes. While the majority of our referrals come from practices across Leicester and Leicestershire, we accept referrals from practices in neighbouring counties where our clinical team offers a specialism or capability that is not locally available to the patient. Please contact us to discuss.
