Not every dental practice has a story worth telling. Ours does. EverySmile Dental is a family-owned practice, founded by Dr Aisha Shabir and her husband, built from the ground up with a very specific vision: to create the kind of practice that people in Ratby and across Leicester actually wanted to visit. Somewhere calm, unhurried and genuinely good. From the day Dr Aisha first sketched out what this place could be, every single decision has been made with one person in mind: you.
Dr Aisha didn’t open EverySmile because she spotted a gap in the market. She opened it because she’d seen what dental care could look like when it was done with real thought and real heart behind it, and she wanted to bring that to Ratby and the wider Leicester community.
There are plenty of dental practices in Leicester. What was harder to find was one that felt genuinely welcoming rather than transactional, one where nervous patients weren’t made to feel difficult, and one where the standard of care matched the warmth of the welcome. Dr Aisha is the heart of EverySmile, and she’d be the first to tell you that dentistry is about far more than what happens in the chair.
You’ll often find her walking out to the waiting room to greet patients herself, because she believes the relationship between a dentist and their patient starts the moment someone walks through the door. That’s not a policy at EverySmile. It’s just how she is.
Clinically, Dr Aisha holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Conscious Sedation and a Postgraduate Diploma in Restorative Dentistry. She is one of only two certified Invisalign providers in Leicestershire and a proud member of the MiSmile Network, which means patients from across Leicester, Groby, Glenfield and beyond are getting a genuinely specialist level of clear aligner expertise right on their doorstep.

We’re at 1c Desford Lane in Ratby, just a few minutes from Groby, Glenfield and Kirby Muxloe, and an easy drive from Leicester city centre. There’s a large free car park on site so you’ll never need to think about parking.
Inside, the clinic is designed to feel calm rather than clinical. Soft lighting, neutral tones, comfortable seating and TV screens above every chair with headphones so you can watch whatever you like during your appointment.
